From
Poland Peter & I took the bus to Levoca; a quiet
town in east Slovakia. It's walls are still intact and the main square has many
Renaissance buildings. Our flying visit took us to the ecclesiastical settlement
of Spisska Kapitula and then a long walk took us to the magnificient Spissky
Hrad; Slovakia's largest castle and a World Heritage site. Enroute to
Hungary via train we stopped off in Kosice;
Slovakia's impressive second city.
