Stepped off the aircraft at 1.20 am into the thick damp hot air of Panama. Immediately one began sweating and this is the coolest time of the day! Later in the morning the Dragoman overland tour began. After the Panama Canal we swam in the Pacific Ocean and then crossed over to the beautiful Bocas del Toro archipelago; there we swam in the Caribbean. We then continued the Central American tour by crossing into Costa Rica.
