Pete & I took a day trip from Hong Kong via the ferry. We visited the peninsular; the Taipa & Coloane islands were visible which are connected to the peninsular by impressive bridges.The place was rather disappointing; the main reason visitors come is to make use of the extensive gambling facilities. It was interesting to see that the population had an obvious Portuguese influence.
