The hectic pace of our
Inter Rail 1981 tour continued with a 1 day visit
to Vienna. Austria was very expensive in comparison to
Hungary
where we entered from. A brief wander around the city centre then an overnight
train to
Italy.
From
Germany our
Inter Rail 1982 tour took us to Innsbruck. The
ski jump was impressive to see. A brief visit to Salzburg and then to the
'fairy' castle of Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein; a wonderful setting. Another
brief visit to Vienna and then onto
Hungary.
